1. What is our initiative and what data about you is processed?

DatReal mainly collects and displays information from public sources about companies and other legal entities in Latvia. This information itself is not obtained from you as a site visitor, but from official public registries and other similar sources.

When visiting the site, we process only minimal technical information necessary for the site's operation:

• Communication: if you voluntarily contact us (e.g., using the form in the footer), we process your provided contact information to answer your questions and maintain communication.
• Technical data: our servers may temporarily process technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type, request time) to ensure proper site operation, security and protection against malicious use.

We do not use this minimal technical information to create personalized user profiles or target advertising.

After that, we will, as far as possible, update the displayed information in accordance with changes in these sources.

If we process your personal data (e.g., communication or technical data), you have the right to access this information, request its correction or deletion, as well as limit processing in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable regulations.

To exercise your rights, please contact us using the contact information specified in the "Service Provider" section. We remind you that regarding publicly available data, significant changes usually need to be made at the primary data controller – the official registry maintainer.

5. Information Disclosure

We may disclose information if required by law, law enforcement agencies or if necessary to protect our rights. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To protect data, we take reasonable precautionary measures and follow best practices to ensure that they are not lost, maliciously used, disclosed, modified or destroyed.
